Alpha (2019): A study in light and lettering, this piece was part of a larger collection where light rays were drawn up and masked in the shape of the letter ‘a’.
Aleotoric High (2018): This is the cover art was created using a combination of digital painting and procedural generation techniques.
ASAP (2012): This was an early experiment combining typography and found media.
Bars (2018): Experimentation with opposing gradients and a disruption in repetition.
BASF (2018): An abstract take on retrofuturism through the frame of an arch window.
Burqa (2017): An edited portrait displayed over gradient. Photoshop and Illustrator.
Childhood (2017): Study of light and shadow using gradients - Adobe Illustrator.
Circular Sky (2018): Process involved drawing up a stencil of concentric circles on Illustrator. This was then used to edit a raster image of clouds. Inspired by the album cover ‘Swim’ by Caribou.
Circumvent (2017): A play on the letter ‘c’. Woven through circular lines.
Combo (2018): I believe this was an image created for Instagram to showcase some of my work in one image. Unused media.
Crush (2014): Created using mandala designs as templates for raster image collage. The patterns repeat, as do the pieces of the jpeg cut and copied. The photo used is a crashing wave. There is another design called ‘Thirst’ which was made using the same process.
Deeper (2017): Typographic testing using gradients of deep blue.
